Jim Tanimoto is the last living member of the group of protestors from Block 42 of the Tule Lake Segregation Center, a Japanese Internment Camp from WWII. Chico State Anthropology Professor, Jesse Dizard, produced and directed a short film chronicling his life and resistance, title, "Mr. Tanimoto's Journey."
