Caring Campus is an evidence-based framework for improving student success by building connection with students. The core teachings of Caring Campus are the "High-5" behaviors of staff: Identification, Eye Contact, Inter-Departmental Awareness, Warm Handoffs, and Warm Welcomes. This song is presented as a fun training in the High-5 behaviors and we hope all Butte College employees learn and practice them in our pursuit of student support and success!!
